The National Association of REALTORS® requires each member to complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of mandatory training on the REALTOR® Code of Ethics every three years. This mandatory training is due by December 31 of 2024. We offer a variety of continuing education courses that have this requirement embedded.

Free Virtual Code of Ethics Training
Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® is offering a free course that fulfills the NAR Code of Ethics requirement. While this option does not provide continuing education (CE) credit, it’s a quick and easy way to meet the requirement.
